I entered a contest a while back to design a race medal for Lexus Laceup Running Series, and to my surprise I won! The prizes included a performance t-shirt, a free race entry, and a feature in LA Magazine. While seeing my design come to life is quite rewarding, I was most excited about getting my free pair of Saucony shoes!
I like to run because it comes in handy for a number of reasons, especially for that one time I had to run through the airport to catch my flight and I remember thinking to myself, "so, this is why I run."
